· There has been a change of plans for my adventure situation. I have chosen to pursue an assimilative adventure or an experience that entails migrating to a foreign place, the adventurer feels anxious or nervous, and the learning of a new fact or concept.
· Because of my lack of funds and time, I changed my adventure. Instead of going camping in Southern Georgia, I will venture to a land of which I’ve never come in contact with because of my personal preferences, Medieval Times.
· Medieval Times is basically a dinner with a reenactment of medieval times.
· On any other occasion I would immediately refuse to do anything involving medieval times; but since this is for the sake of my assimilative adventure, I must.
· On Friday, October 21, 2011 at 8:00 P.M. I will start my adventure. I plan to attend the show either with my friend or with my father.
· The cost of this adventurer is much cheaper. The ticket will be about 55 dollars. I save about 200 dollars doing this adventure instead of the trip to Southern Georgia.
· For my documentation I will take pictures and make videos of my experiences at Medieval Times. All I need to take with me is my cell phone.
· This adventure is truly an assimilative adventure for “me” because I dislike the medieval period compared to other time periods. Why you ask? Everyone dressed funny back then and how they lived didn’t make sense to me. Hopefully this adventure will help me learn new things about the time period and change my mind.
· Experiencing the Medieval Times show entails migrating to a foreign place, it makes me feel uneasy, and I know I will learn something about medieval times.
